Since 1995 I have done 9-ball
pool commentaries for Sky on the Mosconi Cup
and the World Championship. I have also had
a go at spieling about tenpin bowling. But
one of the oddest was at Newcastle around
1990 when I commentated on the British
Domino Toppling Championships. More
recently, I commentated on plantpot tossing
and vacuum cleaner fencing for Challenge
TV’s House of Games and Jeff Stelling
and Co’s Christmas Olympics. Versatile, or
what?
